After registering you can complete the following required* courses online immediately

1) Safe Haven (0.5 hour)
2) Concussion Awareness (0.5 hour)
3) Sudden Cardiac Arrest (0.5 hour)


To access the courses
1) log-in to your account
2) click the volunteer menu on the left
3) find the "my training" or "AYSOU" button under your name on your volunteer page 
 This will navigate you to an online training site
4) on the training site click "training library" on the left
5) complete the Safe Haven Online Course
6) complete the CDC Concussion Awareness Online Course
7) complete the Sudden Cardiac Arrest  Online Course
