Fall Core Program Basics

Experience the thrill of Fall Core Soccer with Davis AYSO, our most expansive season tailored for boys and girls aged 4 to 18! As Davis' most comprehensive recreational soccer programs, we boast a league of over 100 teams across all age groups, creating a vibrant community that embraces the spirit of soccer and prioritizes child development.

Our families, many with ties to Davis through home or school, find more than just a game; they discover a connection to their community, a source of exercise, and a welcoming, family-friendly environment. Fall core is the gateway to all that Davis AYSO offers with programs that cater to diverse aspirations – from providing playing opportunities for athletes with disabilities (EPIC) and those aspiring to compete at the highest levels against top Northern California competition (United, club soccer). Davis AYSO is your destination for a holistic soccer experience that transcends seasons.

Here's a glimpse into the Fall season schedule:

- Registration Dates: May 1 - mid-June each year
- Roster Release Dates: Mid-August
- Practice Start Dates: 1st week of DJUSD school
- 6U-8U: 1 practice per week
- 10U-19U: 2 practices per week
- Game Days: 8 Saturdays in a row, starting the weekend after Labor Day
- 95% of games are held in local Davis, CA parks
- Post-season Play in November for 10U - 19U divisions

For an approximate cost of $225, our Fall season package includes a picture day session, team equipment, field rental, and a complete uniform set. Embrace the soccer spirit with Davis AYSO and enjoy a season filled with camaraderie, growth, and fun.

Davis AYSO is a community-driven organization, relying on the dedication of parent volunteers. As an all-volunteer-run program, we offer free Nationally Accredited training for coaches and referees. Additionally, volunteers receive complimentary tickets to Sacramento Republic games, access to the Coaching Manual, an invitation to a Volunteer Appreciation Event dinner (including family), and ongoing support throughout the season.
